Terms of service

PAYMENTS
- All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
(+ commercial fee for commercial usage).
- Payment will be done through the VGen website.

REVISIONS
- Revisions should only be done during the "Sketch" Phase.
- Once the sketch is approved. I'll start lining & colouring, only the colour can be changed and not the linework.

PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USAGE
- All commissions come with a personal usage license. (Such as posting on social media, profile picture ect.) Credit to @KuniSol is required.
- Commercial use happends only after paying the for the piece + commercial fee together.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Once the commission has been accepted, I will aim to complete the commission within 2-4 weeks from the sketch start.

REFUNDS
- There will be no refunds if the piece has been started. Please be certain you wish to purchase my services before doing so.
- A refund will only happen in the case that I am unable to complete your commission and have not yet started the commission within 2 months.
- I have the right to cancel the commission if the client is behaving inappropriately or violates the TOS.

COMMUNICATION
- Provide e-mail, discord or twitter user to deliver the final piece.
- Communication will be purely on VGen / Twitter / Discord.
